Bond Set For Man Charged In Fatal Eisenhower Crash

January 14, 2014 — According to CBS Chicago, Aaron I. Moore, 26, of Chicago is in jail on a $350,000 bond for the DUI-related crash that killed two women in a 1998 Ford Windstar van near the Eisenhower’s First Avenue exit. The eastbound van carrying the women, 30-year-0ld Evelette Rivera and 29-year-old Krystle Hernandez, had stalled on the center lane before Moore’s 2012 Dodge Durango rear-ended them.

CBS reports that Moore has been “charged with two counts of aggravated DUI resulting in death, two counts of aggravated driving under the influence of drugs resulting in death, and two counts of leaving the scene of a fatal crash, according to Illinois State Police.”
