  3. what is the park district during for the parks; they receive monies from our property taxes;
    so call police; why is it that the village has to cut grass in the parks; we need new swing
    for the parks, need new sliding boards replace. If you have a park district put activities near the parks, not just on 9th ave.

  4. Litter everywhere decreases property values. McDonalds and other fast food restaurants are the main culprits. Don’t litter messaging needs to be printed on Businesses cups, papers used to wrap food and containers Please create and fund a beautification committee. Village need signs encouraging residents to not litter. Instead of village officials using taxpayer dollars to purchase expensive new cars to ride around in, $500 monthly cell phone plans this money could be used to clean up our town.
